Crossroads Cafe + Catering

Hello All,

We are Crossroads Cafe & Catering in the Shenandoah Valley, just outside of Harrisonburg toward Massanutten on 33. We’re a family run business and are seeking kind, attentive team members to work in the cafe and to assist with our events!

While working in the cafe, responsibilities will include taking customer orders for food and beverages, making beverages (coffee drinks, smoothies, etc) and keeping the cafe clean and stocked with supplies. We’re happy to train the right person, regardless of experience. We are seeking dependable employees who are available Monday through Friday, hours between 9am and 6pm. We pay an $11 hourly wage plus tips.

We also need event staff for outside the cafe. Events include weddings, private parties, corporate lunches, and more. These are primarily on the weekends, but you can assist with occasional weekday events as well! Responsibilities include setting the tables, preparing buffets, cleanup, etc. We pay a flat rate for events (based on experience).
