Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a well-known organization in the West End of Richmond. Our client is looking for a Controller to lead their client accounting processes and manage a team of Staff and Senior Accountants.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the accounting functions of the company Use accounting software systems like 3M, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Crystal Reports for efficient financial management Handle and process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and transparency Guide and lead a team of staff and seniors in the accounting department Manage client accounting processes to ensure client satisfaction Implement and oversee budget processes within the company Maintain and update customer credit records regularly Resolve customer inquiries related to accounts and credits Process customer credit applications in a timely and accurate manner.Requirements Ability to efficiently use Accounting Software Systems. Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential. Familiarity with CRM is required. Proficiency in Crystal Reports is desired. Comprehensive understanding of all Accounting Functions. Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP). Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) management. Solid background in Auditing.
