Must have 5 years Experience in residential repaints. Resume of past employment required for this position. Valid driver's license and copy of driving record.
Requirements as follows:
1. Own transportation
2. Own tools of the trade- brushes, 5/1, caulk gun, whiz and 9" roller handles, small and medium length roller handles, 2- deuces and 2- 5gal. Buckets, runner and 9x12 tarp. Phillips and flat head screw driver, bucket hook, tape gun, hammer. 4 or 5' step ladder. We supply the rest! Will not hire without these minimal tools
3. PAINTING WHITES- clean or new A MUST
4. Must be highly skilled in knowledge of paint products, preparation, application- that involves cutting in a straight line with a brush. Able to roll w/ whizz, 9", 14", and 18" rollers. We work out of buckets, NO PANS! Ladder safety and experience upto 32'. Spraying, Drywall, Carpentry, Power Washing experience a plus
5. Interior/Exterior window cleaning experience a bonus especially using a water fed pole.
