Scram Installer/ Technician
The incumbent is responsible for scheduling install and maintenance appointments, installing and removing clients on various electronic equipment within 8 hours of request using health and safety precautions. Keep accurate data entry of all participant installs, removals and services. Process alarms as required during shifts. Telephone calls to participants when necessary for equipment or collection purposes. Shipping, transport and receiving functions for equipment and supplies. Assume responsibility for all installs and urgent repairs during duty shift. Excellent communication skills with customers and supervisor. Liaison between jails and bonds people. Intermittent evening and weekend hours. Valid drivers license and criminal background check required. Drug free workplace.
