We’re not your average coffee shop—we also serve handcrafted gelato and bubble tea, and we need someone who’s as excited about these as we are.
What We're Looking For:
You’ve got hands-on experience in a specialty coffee environment and can operate a manual espresso machine like a pro.
You know how to dial in perfect espresso shots and create beautiful latte art—even with your eyes closed.
You bring good vibes to every shift—our team loves working together, and we want someone who’s both fun and friendly.
You can open or close the shop and help manage the day’s flow with confidence and care.
You’re proactive, take pride in your work, and are always looking for ways to improve.
Weekend availability is a must.
A valid Food Handler Certificate is required.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, bubble tea, and gelato-based treats.
Educate customers on our menu, offer thoughtful recommendations, and upsell specials with a smile.
Keep your work area clean, organized, and up to health and safety standards.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting your teammates.
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a team-player attitude.
Requirements:
Prior experience with specialty coffee, bubble tea, or as a gelato/ice cream scooper is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Open availability, including weekends—up to 50 hours/week.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
