Looking for a mature person to answer forwarded calls for a gas fireplace service company.
Must have friendly phone personality, sense of humor, own quality phone, ability to answer calls every time, schedule a technician or two, email the jobs to us, describe to the customers the services offered, the prices, and to make calls when needed.
You must answer all the calls and if you miss one you must call them back right away before they call some other company.
It's a 1099 position so you are basically your own call service.

If you dont answer your phone I won't consider you as a candidate because that's the whole point, you have to be a very phone conscious person.
The job is seasonal so it stops in late February or early March and starts back up again in late September.
If we get a warm winter like we have last few years calls can slow down but if the call volume increases during peak weeks I will generously pay more than the $350 base pay.
Hours are 8am to 6pm. Weekends not required.
Must have knowledge of the Northern Va area as well as Fredericksburg for scheduling purposes.
