We are looking for a competent Project Coordinator to take the lead of our projects and provide day-to-day oversight of administrative and operation function in order to achieve project sustainability and success in accordance with defined target, strategies, and goals.
Qualification
High school diploma preferred
Previous experience in fast paced environments (Prior office, restaurant, etc.)
Hands on experience in reporting
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Attention to details
Proactive problem solver
Office proficiency in Microsoft Office
Great typing skills and general computer knowledge
Duties and Expectations
Liaise with client in a timely manner to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, and schedule
Work with production to ensure project is to be completed and installed on time
Monitor and track projects and handle any issues that arise
Effectively communicate with team members across the organization

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. Must be flexible and adaptable to work in varying temperature conditions.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, climb stairs, and reach. This a largely a sedentary role; However, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type
This is a full-time in office position. Days and hours for work are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
You will be eligible for employer paid health care plan after 90 days of employment and the company 401k retirement plan following one-year anniversary.
