Mechanic Needed with House and Pool

I need a mechanic experienced preferably to fix my cars from my car dealership and other shops have 50+ cars to work on it’s a 3 bay garage one is used for body and paint other will be mechanic bay have hoist and air compressor and some tools the other bay is to be determined may be mechanic bay too no lift in the garage yet but high ceiling lots of room and parking space the casita house that’s included if interested is 2 bedroom newly furnished 1 bathroom with shower and a kitchen with pool access snap on or auto tell scanner would be nice if you had one and if you know how to weld I got a mig and stick welder there with gas brand new
