Job Responsibilities:
Customer service and communications skills
Answering the telephone
Quoting customers on prices for their new windshield, chip repairs, etc.
Performing basic cleaning/tidies
Basic computer competence (Email, document scanning, processing payments from customers, Microsoft Office knowledge)
