Northern Virginia Commercial General Contractor is currently recruiting a Construction Superintendent to join our team. Position requires a self-motivated, computer-literate, optimistic team player who is driven to see projects through to completion.
Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will manage commercial projects ranging in size from $10,000 to $6 million. Responsibilities Include:
o Oversee all trades on-site
o Act as a liaison between other departments to insure all required materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule
o Provide technical assistance to subcontractors on a day to day basis
o Communicate with Project Owners and Architects
o Complete daily job reports, two-week schedules, progress photos
Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Products is a plus. We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Construction.
