We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Strategic Coach/Leadership Development Consultant for a Full-Time position.Job Overview:As a Strategic Coach/Leadership Development Consultant, you will design and deliver leadership training programs tailored to the client’s needs. You will also provide executive coaching, construct leadership development roadmaps, and implement training impact assessments.Responsibilities:
Develop customized leadership training programs that cater to the needs of executives and senior management.
Deliver workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions aimed at enhancing leadership skills.
Implement the ADDIE model and 360-degree feedback systems for leadership evaluation and improvement.
Measure and assess the impact of leadership development initiatives on organizational performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Leadership, or related field; Master’s preferred.
At least 7-10 years of experience in leadership development and executive coaching.
Proven experience designing and implementing leadership training using models like ADDIE.
Excellent communication and coaching skills.
