As a Test Engineer supporting CMS, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided for this role.Our work depends on Test Engineer joining our team to perform continuous testing for security, API, UI integration and running regression manually as required. You will participate in scrum meetings, run test case execution, create reports, and document defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. In this role, a typical day will include:
Conducting test execution for Restful services and APIs.
Applying knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support functional validation.
Documenting Test cases, test results and data used for validations in JIRA.
Validating test bed across different environments and share results.
Performing quality work in a high pressure environment and under strict deadlines.
Adapting to quickly changing priorities.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience with end-to-end Agile software testing, including participating in code reviews, and monitoring, reporting, and documenting defects to support continuous improvement.
Hands-on test execuition experince for Restful services and APIs.
Experince creating Test Case documentation.
Familiarity with any NoSQL database.
Experince working in an Agile environment.
Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
Candidate must have established residency in the U.S. for at least 3 out of the last 5 years.
Candidate must be able to obtain a Federal Public Trust.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Beginner level experince with test scenario planning.
Beginner level experince with data prepping and database query console.
Experience supporting data and environment configuration with tools such as Jenkins/GitHub.
Develop Test Automation framework using Java/Scala REST APIs.
Produce estimates for new functionality or enhancements.
Ability to perform in high pressure environment and under strict deadlines.
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
Ability to adapt to quickly changing priorities.

The likely salary range for this position is $73,100 - $98,900. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Our benefits package for all US-based employees includes a variety of medical plan options, some with Health Savings Accounts, dental plan options, a vision plan, and a 401(k) plan offering the ability to contribute both pre and post-tax dollars up to the IRS annual limits and receive a company match.
