Language Access Program Coordinator (Management Analyst II)

Language access is a critical pillar of Fairfax Countys commitment to advancing racial and social equity. Under the Language Access Program Directors supervision, the Language Access Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating language translation and interpretation services to provide meaningful access to the Countys programs and services for members of the general public with Limited English Proficiency (LEP). This positions primary responsibilities include language access plan implementation, quality control, and workflow coordination to ensure organizational compliance across the department regarding Title VI Limited English Proficiency standards by providing supervision and administrative oversight to the language access team.
