Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Fairfax, Virginia. The Customer Service Representative position needs someone that is great speaking over the phone, data entry and working in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Service Representative is a contract to hire employment opportunity and requires working on-site from Monday to Friday.Responsibilities: Assist in following up with customers via email and phone calls. Update data entry, and compile reports. Update and maintain customer accounts. Dispatch notices to customers via email, voicemail, and mail.Work in a fast paced environment and able to juggle alot. Perform data entry tasks and maintain a high level of detail accuracy.Strong working on the computer and learning new software's. Utilize MS Office Suite effectively for daily tasks. Work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Provide support to various teams. Requirements Looking for someone with at least 2 years of customer service experience - in an office setting. Demonstrated proficiency in using MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong customer service skills and clear communication skills. Can start right away and has their own transportation. Very good with data entry. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and work with a team.
