Join our fast-growing family as aGroundskeeper for our 180-unit apartment community, Purdum Woods in Danville, VAwe encourage you to learn more about us. In this role, you will be working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Technicians and Property Manager to ensure all operations within the apartment community are running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Include:

Maintaining cleanliness of buildings and common areas

Responsible for curb appeal of the property

General landscaping e.g. weeding, maintaining flower beds, lawn maintenance

Grounds pick up

Assisting with basic maintenance repairs

Apartment make-ready duties

Requirements:

Being open minded and resourceful

Previous janitorial/landscaping experience is helpful

Attention to detail. Ownership and pride in the work you produce.
