Job SummaryResponsible for analysis and solution design to optimally support the organization's Patient Access strategy across the care continuum. Assists to develop, implement and measure targeted initiatives aimed to improve clinic, emergency department or hospital access, and patient and staff satisfaction. Analyzes processes to identify gaps and works with team members to define process or technology solution recommendations to ensure organizational access targets are achieved. Participates in project teams to create documentation, define requirements, perform testing, deliver communications and training.Job Duties

Utilizes existing tools and templates to develop work products.

Identifies opportunities for process improvements, proposes effective and efficient solutions, and supports teams in improvement efforts.

Executes defined action steps to ensure organizational access targets are achieved and to support improvement work such as implementation, testing, training, auditing or reporting.

Assists in the collection and reporting of established metrics relevant to access work.

Completes quality assurance testing to ensure data accuracy.

Routinely updates dashboards or other tools for program owners to measure progress toward targeted goals.

Monitors trends and determines the impact for assigned work.

Collects relevant data and assists with associated analytics for respective stakeholders and team members.

Documents outcomes of meetings into outputs such as process designs, requirements lists and action items to support department work.

Assists with development, monitoring and execution of work products such as testing plans, stakeholder analysis and communication plans.

Coordinates with IT to plan, evaluate, test, implement, maintain and leverage access-related technology.
