As a Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless and personalized experience to our customers, building strong relationships, and driving customer engagement. Your passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will contribute to the overall success of our organization.You will work out of our Colonial Heights, VA location on a hybrid work schedule (3/ 2 schedule).In this role, you will impact the customer journey by providing exceptional support and assistance, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their interactions with Honeywell.Description:The Honeywell Customer Experience Specialist provides inside sales and customer support for a portfolio of Energy Conservation rebate programs.RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote benefits of Utility sponsored Energy Conservation programs that provide rebates, incentives, and opportunities to save energy

Build strong relationships with customers and contractors, understand customer needs and preferences

Process enrollments; resolve issues and obstacles impacting the enrollment process

Respond to incoming calls and emails

Conduct outbound calls to increase participation and to resolve enrollment obstacles

Follow-up on enrollment leads, document leads in tracking system, identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat enrollments

Become proficient in our portfolio of Utility sponsored Energy Conservation programs including benefits, eligibility requirements and terms and conditions

Drive continuous improvements efforts within the enrollment process

Coach and train contractors on the enrollment process

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and enrollments

Generate reports and excel spreadsheets

Partner with cross functional teams to resolve issues impacting program performance and goals

MUST HAVE

High School Degree or Equivalent

Minimum of 5 years customer service experience

Inside sales experience

Data entry experience

Experience with Utility rebate incentive programs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong Interpersonal skills
