Traveling Plumbing / General Maintenance Tech

UpKeep Maintenance LLC is looking for a traveling plumbing and general maintenance technician to support retail stores in the VA area. We are looking for technicians to cover Western, Central and Eastern VA who have experience in commercial plumbing, drain clearing and general maintenance repairs. The position will require driving to different customer facilities, using your smart phone to clock in and make repairs, take photos and clock out. The job is on call 24-7 but you get paid overtime for anything after hours or on weekends. The right person has good communication and customer service skills, is clean cut, can pass a motor vehicle and a background check that covers all 50 states. A drug test will also be given. No drug, larceny or felons. No suspensions or revoked license. We do an extensive check. You will drive a service van, late model, and tools are included. You will have a P-card used for buying gas and parts. There is a lot of travel, but very rarely do we ask you to travel overnight. You are paid from the moment you leave your home until you arrive back at home. Starting pay is $25 per hour with a raise at the end of 90 days based on your performance. We offer comp time and 10 days of PTO you can use as you want (sick, vacation, whatever you need with 1 days notice for every 1 day you take). This is a full-time position that starts June 1st.
