Great opportunity company is accepting applications for the following jobs. Rental Property Maintenance Technician. Must have at least 3-5 years experience in all areas of residential maintenance. Light plumbing,light electrical,carpentry and appliance repair etc. Hvac is a bonus but not a must. Starting pay for right candidate $16-$20 per hour.
