Framing/Trim Carpenter

Ace Contracting, Inc. has been a Class A building & renovation firm in Charlottesville for over 48 years, and we are looking to fill several new positions for skilled carpenters and carpenter's helpers. Our firm specializes in large scale residential renovations and new construction. Ideally, Carpenter candidates would have a well rounded background with 3 years + experience in the framing, interior trim, or cabinetry fields. In short, we are looking for team members that are versatile, have a positive attitude, and would enjoy the variety of responsibilities and tasks that a large project requires. Search will continue until the right people are found. Salary commensurate with experience. Employees with us for 3 years are eligible for a generous SEP Retirement Program, where historically employees have received 25% of their yearly pay towards their retirement fund. Must have a valid Virginia driver's license and transportation. These are W-2 employee positions, 40 hrs per week with sliding scale for earned yearly paid time off.
