We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable receptionist to join our team at Happy Nail. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth salon operations. This position offers flexible hours, making it ideal for students, part-time job seekers, or those seeking a job with a work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients with a positive, warm attitude
Schedule and confirm appointments for nail services
Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries
Manage client check-ins and process payments
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Assist in other light administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly, outgoing personality with attention to detail
Basic computer skills (appointment scheduling software experience a plus)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
No prior salon experience is required, but it’s a bonus!
