We are looking for an organized, motivated, up beat guest coordinator In this roll, you will be asked to welcome our guests, secure appointments, manage schedules and help support estheticians.
Daily responsibilities include
Customer service
Supporting our service providers/estheticians
Checking in/out and pre-booking appointments
Answering phones, checking email
Helping guests in retail shop
Ensuring store/spa is clean and presentable
