We are RL Beyer Construction, a custom homebuilder in Charlottesville, VA (see BeyerHomes.com)
We seek a sales associate - some mix between a realtor and marketer - to promote and sell our beautiful mountain homes!
We could pay between $30-40/hour, depending on skill level.
This would start as part-time and potentially become full-time if your sales strategies prove effective.
It would be a hybrid remote + in-person gig (our office is in Shadwell, 10 minutes from downtown Cville).
Responsibilities would include:
1. Listing homes for sale on MLS and Zillow (aka you MUST have a realty license)
2. Prepping homes for sale (e.g. organizing staging, scheduling cocktail parties and other promotionals)
3. Showing homes to clients and chronicling their info on spreadsheets
4. social media marketing (i.e. managing posts and ad campaigns on Facebook, IG, LinkedIn)
5. Networking and outreach to other realtors
6. Managing the website and other branding (signage, posters, digital imagery)
7. Copywriting & SEO work: finding words that summarize our brand and appeal to high-end clients, and incorporating them into our marketing materials
8. Personal assistance and tech help around the office: if you're able to do this, it would be an added bonus
