The Office Administrator manages the day to day operations of a busy non-profit, from payroll to bookkeeping, data entry, and more. Specific duties are outlined below.

JOB DUTIES

Bookkeeping: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Reimbursements

Data Entry & Management

HR: onboard new hires, set up payroll, coordinate insurance enrollment as needed

Inbound and Outbound mail, Bank Deposits, Office Supplies

Maintain print archive

Coordinate mailings and any fulfillment with Director of Development

Event help, coordination; create presentations (slide shows) &/or oversee volunteers helping with projects

File registration paperwork with various state agencies

Manage application process for service dogs: mailing/emailing applications, making sure applications are complete, scheduling interviews and home visits

Other tasks as necessary to be determined by Executive Director and Director of Development

SKILLS REQUIRED

Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and databases.
