About Us: Keswick Vineyards is a family-owned winery nestled in the heart of Virginia wine country. We pride ourselves on producing high-quality wines and maintaining our beautiful estate. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team and help us maintain our property to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on the vineyard property and buildings.
Maintain irrigation systems and perform basic plumbing repairs.
Handle minor electrical work and HVAC maintenance.
Assist with setup and breakdown for events.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
Perform carpentry work, including repairs and new projects.
Ensure the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Keep deck/porches clean.
Water plants and trees as needed
Maintain pool (daily check and add chlorine tablets, water and empty skimmers)

Qualifications:
Proven experience in property maintenance, handyman tasks, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
Ability to operate various tools and equipment safely.
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred:
Previous experience working in a vineyard, farm, or similar environment.
Be Self-motivated and able to work alone without supervision.
Have a positive attitude and take initiative
