Head Chef WANTED

Seeking qualified Head Chef this is a working chef position. It is a full time salary position requiring an average 50-55 hours a week. Two days off a week and would most likely be Sunday's and Monday's. Must be leveled headed and able to manage a staff of 15 to 20 kitchen employees. Comes with one week paid vacation the first year with a minimum of 6 months working required before vacation is taken. Simple Plan available with employer match. Eye and dental available and supplementary health insurance through Aflac. This is a busy high volume restaurant serving fresh cooked to order food. Duties would include managing kitchen staff, scheduling, hiring and firing, getting or covering any missing shifts, ordering, kitchen cleaning and up keep, weekly specials, menu changes and any other management duties. Salary starting at $70,000 and up based on experience.
