Levels of advancement
Apprentice - for 6 months you will learn the trade as an apprentice while working under and observing closely the lead technician, either a Technician or Senior Technician. Learning from experienced technicians, you’ll learn everything you need to know to become a Junior Technician.
Junior Technician - you will train as a Junior Technician for 9-12 months. You’ll learn how to upsell new services and how to use our software. You’ll become more versed in different techniques and ladder control. Increased pay.
Technician - For 3-5 years you’ll become extremely skilled, not only skilled in doing the work, but you’ll become very solid with the “people side” of the business. You’ll be ready for an Apprentice and Junior Technician to work under you. Technicians earn upsell commissions and earn more per day.
Senior Technician - A senior technician is a leader who can solve a problem several different ways. They have ladder mastery, pressure washing mastery and gutter contracting mastery. There’s nothing they can’t do. Pay and commissions increase. Senior technicians train for 1-2 years until they’re ready to be promoted to Managing Senior Technician.
Managing Senior Technician - A leader of leaders. The Managing Senior Technician manages Senior Technicians. He solves high level customer service issues and bids large jobs that are above and beyond a normal upsell. Pay switches from predominantly “per day” to performance pay based on the performance of his Senior Technicians.
VP of Operations - After becoming an expert in the field and an expert inside our company, with your technical knowledge and management skills, you’ll advise the company’s top management in decisions for growth strategy while leading the Managing Senior Technicians.

Gutter screen installation
Gutter repairs
Gutter contracting
Installing new gutters & downspouts
Underground drain flushing
Pressure washing
Window cleaning
Ladders are heavy! This job is a lot easier if you’re a strong physical person who can work outside with your hands. If you’re not confident in your own strength or you don’t like heights then this job isn’t for you.
We’re looking for someone who is sharp, has a good personality and sense of humor, and wants to start a career in the trades. This person must be teachable, humble and ready to learn and work hard. Junior technicians make about $1125/week and Technicians and Senior Technicians make quite a bit more. Our approach is similar to an HVAC or plumbing apprenticeship program because we pay you to train you to do it our way. We do the BEST thing for the customer every time even if it’s inconvenient, annoying, difficult, or even costs the company a lot of money.
