As a Site Operations Manager manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area. In this role, a typical day will include:

Operations manager duties and responsibilities may include interviewing, selection, and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; authoring and discussing with employees performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards.

Be available during core hours of operations (6am-6pm), to include at times outside of core hours

Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program and manages risk tracking process

Awareness of company strategic goals and align to business operations

Plan, execute, and close projects that meet or exceed customer objectives, attends customer meetings and serve as client liaison

Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality

Manage site projects and work with stakeholders to ensure successful completion and transition to operations team

Ensure staff know and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members

Ensure project schedules are met and system resources are used effectively

Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services

Maintain day to day site operations ensuring all PRS guidelines are met, and projects are completed on time

Work closely with management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation

Participates in special projects as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:● Education: BA/BS and 5 + years of related experience● Required Experience:

Proficiency in MS Office suite

Exposure to business and project strategies

Professional Certification: Security+ Advance knowledge of company policies, processes, and procedures
