Responsibilities: Act as a strategic technical leader and technical resource manager, reporting to the executive Program Manager. Partner with internal and external senior leaders to effectively lead the shaping, capture, and delivery of multi-million-dollar growth efforts within the IC and DoD. Lead technical program or project teams. Support the client with critical missions and maintain responsibility for the leadership and development of experienced teams of professionals. Bring innovative thinking regarding technical management, software delivery, infrastructure architecture and deployment, end-to-end system solutioning, and customer management. Provide technical delivery leadership, technical business, resource, and client management for multiple software development infrastructure projects or programs. Maintain responsibility for providing guidance and direction on technical management, resource management, service delivery, and overall LOE contract performance. Debrief executive leadership with reviews of financial estimates and ROMs for new development efforts and lead and develop a diverse team of highly qualified technical professionals.Here’s What You’ll Need: At least 10 years of experience with managing the development of DevSecOps development environments and systems in the IC, DoD, Federal Government, or commercial entities At least 10 years of experience with technical solutioning of complex highly integrated systems Experience with managing projects using various SDLC models, CMMI, SAFe, Agile, cloud enabled solutions, architecture development, and "As a Service" offerings Experience with software platform infrastructure architecture development and deployment Must have experience as a Linux systems administrator for IC or DoD enterprise level environments Must have experience building and managing container environments (Kubernetes, Docker) hosted on Cloud Services (AWS, GCP, AZURE) or hardware-based implementations, including virtualized environments on host machines Network configuration experience - routers, switches etc Experience with infrastructure and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef or Foreman Experience with direct program support to the Defense and Intelligence sectors Experience with leading project teams and acting as the client technical trusted advisor Knowledge of geospatial intelligence enterprise-wide systems, system-to-system integrations, and system development processes Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance required Bachelor’s degree Preferred: Experience writing technical proposal responses Experience with cybersecurity for classified systems Knowledge of the design, development, testing, implementation, and governance of software application programming frameworks, pipelines, and platforms for geospatial-related systems Possession of excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and senior government clients TS/SCI FSP clearance preferred Master’s degree preferred Project Management Professional (PMP, Agile Certified Professional (ACP), Certified ICAgile Professional, AWS Associate, AWS Professional, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification are all a plus #knackworks #divergent #dvscyberJacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
