Responsibilities The Data Center Operations Lead will be the Senior Operational Manager on the contract responsible for managing all existing DCSA data, either internal information or from stakeholders involved. Responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, both for DCSA data and for the privacy of the customers information. The data center manager is responsible for supervising employees and sustaining the data canter facilities and equipment including computer hardware, networking appliances, and servers. The Data Center Management Lead is the key figure in monitoring the maintenance and inventory of equipment, customer service, and data center staff. Specific responsibilities include the operation and execution of all data center support areas for the DCSA infrastructure across more than 50 manned and unmanned locations, to include direct oversight of all operational personnel at operational facilities to include the DCSA Headquarters and smaller distributed locations across CONUS. Will continue to evolve the data center environment, including integration of new requirements, relocation of transferring personnel, implementing relevant processes and procedures, and consolidating tools.

Qualifications It is required that the DCO Lead has the following qualifications:

- Active TS/SCI security clearance

- Experience managing a team of 10 or more personnel performing Network Support, Server and Storage Operations and Administration, and Disaster Recovery requirements.

- Experience in lifecycle enterprise vulnerability management.

- Experience supporting a geographically dispersed network infrastructure with multiple classification levels (e.g., NIPR, SIPR, JWICS).

- Experience executing requirements using the Risk Management Framework.

It is desired that the DCO Lead has the following qualifications:

- Experience overseeing the execution of complex technical projects in the areas of IT infrastructure migration and cloud-based adoption.

- Experience deploying and operating secure systems in the DOD.
