We’ve got what you’re looking for.Job Description:Parsons is seeking an experienced engineering Program Manager (PM) to support ongoing software engineering programs in support of multiple contracts. Our clients and employees are the number one reason why we’re successful, and that formula won’t be changing!Candidates must have experience with program/project management including C5ISR systems technical and engineering experience, contract performance oversight and monitoring, budgeting, planning, scheduling, and risk management. Key tasks for PM include interfacing with government leadership, subcontractors, internal management, financial analyst and technical task leads to monitor, track and report both technical and financial performance and status of the program. Prepare, analyze, track and report budgets, tasks, and schedules needed to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned portions of a program or programs. Develop performance reports and participate in weekly project meetings to review project progress and issues. Works in a team environment to ensure issues are resolved. Prepares and reviews statement of works, status reports, project descriptions, technical reports and contract actions.Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar technical field

Requires a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Requires a minimum 10 years of experience managing C5ISR software engineering, and systems engineering programs

Experience managing software development with deployment to edge nodes, cloud and other computing environments

Experience managing an engineering focused program’s technical scope, schedule, budget and risk and developing program documentation and program schedules

Experience in leading multiple teams, managing relationships, and be a key contributor proposal efforts

Experience in managing project/program budgets and financial planning including the review and providing input for Estimate-To-Complete, Funds and Man-hour Expenditure Reports, and other financial reports as appropriate to provide the status of funded projects

Ability and proven experience to effectively communicate and coordinate with leadership, US Government customers, contracting officer and contractors (Prime and Sub), to establish relationships to support program management technical performance, capture initiatives and other new requirements as appropriate

Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills

This position requires the selected candidate to hold an active Department of Defense TS/SCI level security clearance, which requires US citizenship while working in support of a government contract

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelors in a STEM degree with 15+ years of experience in DoD C5ISR software and systems development programs

10+ years of program management experience

Experience with software development and deployment in multi-level security environment

5+ years’ experience in cloud-based development and administration

Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Pipelines

Strong communication skills with experience interfacing with government clients in multiple locations

Active TS/SCI clearance at minimum

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Energy and Experience leading teams of software and systems engineers to develop and deploy critical C5ISR and Intelligence software applications

Experience with system of systems and software engineering and integration

Experience/knowledge working with DoD C5ISR programs

PMP certification
