Gilbert Real Estate is looking for a professional, friendly person to interact with tenants and to maintain a positive office environment.
Duties:
perform light paperwork and filing
greet and interact with customers
answer phone and relay messages
operate copier/fax machine
maintain mail flow and office correspondence
assign and maintain work orders for maintenance team
Requirements:
high school diploma or equivalent
one year minimum experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
must work well under supervision and with a diverse team
valid driver'slicense
no criminal history
Preferred:
knowledge of Property Boss software
knowledge of QuickBooks software
Benefits:
After completing one year, one week paid vacation
After completing three years, two weeks of paid vacation
After completing five years, three weeks of paid vacation
$125 monthly credit toward private health insurance

Hours: (required) Monday - Friday, 8:30am until 5pm with 30 minute lunch. No opportunity for overtime.
