Caregiver for two elderly dementia persons.

I’m looking for someone who is interested in caring for my parents, one is not so bad but gets confused if it’s overcast or night, moderate case of Sundowners, but is very willing to cooperate and loves feeling useful even if he can’t help, the other needs some more attending to, has a bit of a problem walking and is able to eat and drink with a little instruction and loves to hold hands. I need someone willing to care for 2, clean house over a few days, shower both men and women,make simple meals, wash clothes and put them up. I’m also looking for someone who can be engaging, and understands the nature of dementia and sundowners. I’m looking for two people that are willing to work, 5, 8 hour shifts or 3, 12 hour shifts on Friday- Sunday daytime and can provide a substitute that is willing to take up your shift, with little to no time to be late.
