As we transition from the People Team Transformation phase to executing our People Strategy, it is imperative to have a strong leader who can drive adoption and ensure the success of both individual initiatives and the overall strategy. As a key leader, this person will drive the People Team Strategy implementation, and be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a growing team of Change Management Practitioners. This role will report directly to the Senior Director, People Team Accelerator OCM/PMO Lead who will oversee a new team of resources dedicated to executing on the People Team transformation workstreams.Essential Functions:Leadership and Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of Change Management Practitioners, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous professional growth.Strategic Implementation: Drive the design, development, delivery, and management of communications about changes to tools and processes across the People organization.Change Management Execution: Implement change management activities for multiple People Strategy-related changes and impacts, ensuring seamless integration and execution.Transformation Planning: Create and manage comprehensive end-to-end transformation OCM plans, aligning with strategic objectives and timelines.Stakeholder Communication: Manage effective communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed, proactively raising risks or challenges as needed.Readiness Assessment: Evaluate and ensure user readiness, conducting impact analysis and change management assessments to gauge change readiness.Success Metrics: Define and measure success metrics, monitoring change progress and making data-driven adjustments to strategies.Collaboration and Influence: Interface with key partners and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for the workstream/project team. Possess the strength to stand up to VP team members and respectfully disagree while collaborating to drive projects forward.Project Management: Oversee team deliverables to achieve target scope, schedule, and cost, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.Integration and Reporting: Integrate change management activities into project plans, tracking and reporting issues and action items.Leadership Support: Support the creation of materials for Transformation Leadership Team Meetings, providing insights and recommendations.Global Team Coordination: Work with virtual teams located in different time zones and with differing cultures, ensuring cohesive and inclusive collaboration.Change Advocacy: Be an agent for change, embodying and promoting the principles of effective change management throughout the organization.This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
