Global Customer Fulfillment Amazon Customer Excellence System (GCF ACES) is seeking a qualified L7 Principal Product Manager to join the Inbound Receive Accuracy team to drive and own worldwide strategic initiatives. In this role, you will partner with operations, Amazon technical organizations, and teams from transportation, supply chain, and loss prevention along with subject matter experts across ACES to develop tech and process solutions in the Inbound Transshipment space.The Inbound Transshipment Principal Product Manager will develop and drive a product portfolio covering all site types world-wide focusing on inbound transshipment execution, while connecting these products to upstream and downstream systems to scale impact and deliver maximum value for the business. This portfolio will include new chain of custody mechanisms, transshipment trailer prioritization, and inventory reconciliation logic that improves inbound material tracking provenance, inbound flow, supply chain speed, selling partner experience, and customer experience. Inbound Transshipment Principal Product Manager will impact operations with products that deliver automation, enhanced decision making, and reduced task loading.This is a dynamic area at Amazon, where we need "out of the box", big thinkers to help us transform the way we process transshipment inventory. The Principal Product Manager Role will challenge you to push boundaries and lead transformative innovation while having the autonomy to make rapid data-driven decisions. In this role, you will work with senior managers, program managers, and directors across the inbound supply chain to drive product development in a highly technical space. You will also work cross-functionally with members from various teams, including Operations, FinOps, Amazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT), Amazon Robotics (AR), Amazon Mechatronics (AM), Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT), Defect Prevention & Reconciliation (DP&R), Transportation, and Loss Prevention to deploy solutions at scale worldwide.Key job responsibilities

Thinking big and developing and nurturing new ideas, while simultaneously applying high standards to weed out ideas that are less impactful.

Drive full-cycle product development and deployment the includes software, hardware, and data pipeline development in partnership with technology teams.

Collaborating and influencing team members, working with development teams and other business groups, and presenting projects to senior leadership on a regular basis.

Partnering to build and execute on new initiatives and roadmaps each year.

Compiling, managing, and reporting on weekly project metrics and being responsible for leading many high profile meetings to align on project requirements.

Identifying and building relationships with stakeholders across the organization and worldwide.

Having the technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate directly with technical teams on requirements and solutions.

Understand how to thrive in ambiguous environments and lead other teams without line of sight to a clear solution in the short term.

10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience

Bachelor's degree

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with end to end product delivery

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience as a product manager or owner

Experience with product cycles of 6+ months

Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

Preferred Qualifications
