Find your future with us.The Product Security Engineering (PSE) Operating Group (OG) is seeking a Business and Financial Operations Specialist who is responsible for the coordinated execution of PSE OG activities, under the direction of the Senior Business Operations Leader for PSE OG, and in partnership with the PSE OG Leadership team. This position will be responsible for consistent and efficient execution of PSE OG related business planning and execution, and financial responsibilities. In the performance of these responsibilities, the specialist will align and partner closely with other operating groups, engineering capabilities, and supporting functions including finance. Boeing PSE is responsible, through the deployment of PSE workforce to engineering and programs teams, for the security, resiliency, and safety of products and services. This position can be based out of Arlington, VA; Hazelwood, MO; or Seattle, WA.In this role, you will be responsible for several priorities, to include those noted below. You will execute in partnership with a number of teams and leaders, supported and empowered by the OG senior leadership. You will be assigned to the Senior Director of Engineering and Deputy Chief Engineer of PSE, and accountable to the Senior Business Operations Leader for the PSE OG.Position Responsibilities:

Support the execution of PSE OG operating construct and rhythm

Execute an OG change management process

Execute an integration across PSE OG efforts, in coordination with PSE OG leadership

Support the execution of PSE OG communications planning and engagements

Ability to adjust communications and work with both technical/engineering and business disciplines

Execute and facilitate the execution of critical PSE OG operational activities, independently and in partnership:

Develop and maintain integrated schedules of priorities, across PSE OG

Facilitate the development of OG roadmaps, tied to business and technical strategies, priorities, and funding cycles

Facilitate PSE boards and councils, planning and actions; partner with chairs, and help to drive accountability

Perform business and financial management efforts, including the development of annual PSE OG LRBP, exercising recurring performance to plan

Enable consistent execution of business and financial management efforts across the PSE OG efforts, to include our centralized engineering teams, secure software, and fellowship

Familiarity with Financial reporting and managing to monthly and yearly deliverable, including but not limited to:

Conducting monthly financial analysis of performance to plan leveraging exceptional Excel skills and an inquisitive mindset

Proactively collaborating with stakeholders to document financial drivers and work with teams to mitigate discrepancies as required

Ability to consolidate variance analysis into executive summaries, identifying trends and highlighting key drivers

Plan and execute a number of diverse PSE OG administrative activities, to include:

External engagement planning, synchronization, and maintaining a shared calendar

Establish , maintain, and enhance PSE communication and information sharing portals

Partner to facilitate enterprise-wide recognition

Develop, maintain, and ensure traceability of an accessible PSE organization and RACI, in partnership with overall PSE OG Leadership

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Experience with Microsoft Excel & VBA Macro

Experience with process mapping and/or flow chart development

Experience with value-stream mapping

Experience working in a fast-paced scaled Agile software development environment

Experience with software backlog management tools, such as JIRA, VersionOne

Experience with MS Project

Experience with Project Planning, Scheduling, Project Management or related experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Active U.S. Security Clearance

History of executing task with minimal supervision and maximum efficiency

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities

Takes ownership of projects from inception to completion, often requiring creative problem-solving and resourcefulness

Collaborate effectively to achieve collective goals

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions, even in situations where the path forward is not obvious

Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks, especially when navigating uncertain requirements

Demonstrated positive attitude and willingness to embrace daily work with enthusiasm, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment

Ability to build partnerships and influence though informal authority

Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
