Finance Manager

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Arlington, Virginia for a Finance Manager. This role is within the financial industry and will involve managing the financial records, conducting regular reconciliations, and supporting various financial needs. This role offers a dynamic workplace where you will be responsible for both accounts payable and receivable.Responsibilities Handle accounts payable including tracking of expenses and bill payments Manage accounts receivable including tracking of payments, deposit making, and issuing of statements/bills Regularly conduct account and bank reconciliations Maintain and update online giving and payment applications Keep accurate financial records of the organization, including all subsidiary records of financial information Assist other areas with their financial needs, such as arranging payments for event registrations and ensuring change is available for sales of items Leverage software systems like ERP, BlackLine, Concur, and ADP for financial services Perform regular auditing and billing functions Use accounting skills effectively for accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) tasks Requirements Proficient in various Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Familiarity with BlackLine software Skillful in using Concur for expense management In-depth knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Mastery of various Accounting Functions Expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP) Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) Extensive experience in Auditing Ability to effectively perform Billing FunctionsReach out to Mahil Santram via LinkedIn if interested in this Finance Manager role.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
