We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join our Social team as a Creative Operations Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of creative projects from inception to delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the end-to-end process of creative projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Manage resources effectively to optimize project workflow and productivity.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between creative teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
Develop and implement streamlined workflows to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all deliverables.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, booking travel, and preparing expense reports.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a creative or marketing environment, with proven project management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for creativity and a desire to contribute to impactful projects.
