DescriptionThe Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a Records Management & Microsoft O365 Implementation Liaison with experience in integrating and automating tenant configurations in a Microsoft Office 365 environment. As the Records Management & Microsoft O365 Implementation Liaison, working as part of a team; you will receive guidance from senior strategists on required configurations and develop the optimal delivery methodology to deploy and maintain continuous compliance with desired configurations. You will also liaise between the customer and the end users to ensure a smooth implementation phase.This position is hybrid, however you must be within commuting distance of the The Mark Center in Alexandria, VA to go in office three days per week. This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance to start.Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for reviewing DoD components’ Records Management compliance against the DoD Strategic Plan and conducting analysis of their transition and implementation plan.

Establish the communication channels with the DoD components to elicit information requirements regarding their infrastructure constraints to meet the DoD Records Management strategy.

In coordination with the DoD components, develop their Records Management IT roadmap and baseline their technical approach.

Responsible for providing research and assistance with the implementation of the DoD Records Management strategy including guiding the DoD components thorough applicable policies and standards.

Participate in the DoD Records Management business process improvements and systems analysis of Microsoft O365 alternatives.

Pivotal in ensuring a smooth Records Management implementation plan utilizing Microsoft O365 as a platform.

Interact with government senior management and military personnel to present implementation updates.

Generates communication for the enterprise and keeps everyone abreast of potential issues.

Manage a portfolio of DoD tenants by providing guidance, support, and assistance with implementation issues.

Solid understanding of DoD records management strategy and its implementation.

Provide quality control and Mission Partner Environment (MPE) guidance and adherence to a prescribed roll-out playbook.

Guide the Records Management implementation quality control guidelines to reduce potential implementation delays.

Categorize functional and technical requirements based on interactions with the user community and knowledge of Microsoft O365 architecture.

Recognizes, evaluates, and proposes options for meeting the functional and technical requirements required for Microsoft O365 integration and configuration needs.

Cooperate with external organizations to plan project schedules and technical direction.

Accountable for coordinating implementations with the customer including guiding them through testing and documentation activities.

Guide theAgency's automation team with the records management deployments and monitoring of baseline configurations.

Responsible for requirements gathering, tracking tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of desired configurations.

Responsible for generating metrics, analysis, and comparisons to help senior management with business decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

Typically requires a MS degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience.

Solid experience with Microsoft O365 products and their configurations and integration with other platforms.

Knowledge of Microsoft Purview.

More than 15 years managing large and complex DoD IT projects.

U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret clearance.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Detail-oriented and excellent time-management skills.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

More than 15 years managing large and complex DoD IT projects.

U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret clearance.

PMP or Certified Scrum Master preferable.

Experience with formulating strategies and related implementation.

Solid experience with Microsoft O365 products and their configurations and integration with other platforms.

Experience with integrating Microsoft O365 with other platforms.

Working knowledge of Microsoft File plan and configurations.

Solid knowledge of Microsoft O365 retention policies and retention labels using Microsoft Purview.

Experience with the Software Lifecycle and Project Management techniques.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Solid organization skills and attention to detail.

Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with federal organizations and interacting with senior civilian and military personnel.
