You will use your exceptional project management skills to execute the successful delivery of large, complex ServiceNow projects for enterprise customers, often handling multiple engagements at a time - all while keeping our client satisfaction rating at one of the highest levels in the ServiceNow ecosystem.The Project Manager will support one of our Key Federal Programs in our Washington DC/Northern Virginia location which is currently remote supported. The program support application development, implementation, and maintenance of a ServiceNow Platform to support a customer base of over 1800 agency staff and 250,000 external customers at a federal agency. You will be a key driver managing project teams throughout the intricate project roadmap to ultimately solve our client's digital transformation goals. Our Program Management team has ample opportunity for growth and a strong emphasis on continual improvement.Job Responsibilities Include:
- Lead, encourage, and inspire project teams while eliminating barriers to success
- Manage project team performance, resource and forecast management, including project status and timecard reporting
- Define and manage project schedules, updated the project plan, host client and internal project meetings, and own project communications Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks/issues, governance, and minimize variance while upholding NTT DATA RACI and methodology
- Facilitate scoping and change order process while safeguarding CSAT throughout project lifecycle and conducting "lessons learned" reviews
- Translate requirements into work breakdown structure and technical designs
- Understand and define business requirements and technical designs
- Participate in User Story refinement
- Demonstrated experience leading sprint planning efforts, reviewing stories against business requirements, splitting epics, and ordering development logically in a virtual environment
- Demonstrated experience planning and managing a project's Communications Planning
- Demonstrated experience using measurement and analysis to monitor and control a project' scope, budget and schedule
- Experience in managing Project team performance, resource and forecast management, including project status and timecard reporting
- Confidence in shepherding project teams through a proven methodology to successful delivery
- Self-motivation, high-energy, a proactive disposition and a team player mentality
- Demonstrable delivery experience with project financial management and high client satisfaction ratings
- Experience successfully delivering complex ServiceNow implementations desired
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Either a Master's degree and a minimum 8 years of experience in successfully leading large, transformative projects OR a Bachelor's degree and 11 years of experience in same.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing infrastructure and/or software development projects that include: Requirements Definition, Design, Analysis, Development, Testing, and Implementation
- Minimum 5 years of experience using waterfall and Agile/Scrum project management methodologies
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- ITIL Foundations or higher certification
