CPM are looking for a target-driven, ambitious National Field Manager to lead a team of Sales Consultants on behalf of Elavon, a Top 5 Global Payment Provider. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll drive sales, lead from the front, and support merchants in choosing Elavon as their payment provider.Generous Basic Pay + Uncapped Earning Potential + Company Vehicle + BenefitsIdeal Location:  Birmingham, United Kingdom, B1 Full territory details: Full UK coverage, including South Wales and AvonThe B2B National Field Manager will be responsible for: Generating new business sales within a defined geographical territory and signing up specific Small to Medium Customers in the field. Will self-generate and close leads through selling the key benefits of Elavon Merchant Services and will work to deliver sales and revenue targets through best-in-class planning, sales execution, compliance and reporting. As a National Field Manager, you will:Delivery of team KPIs, sales and revenue targetsBe a role-model for your team, always leading from the front in terms of performance, quality and complianceHands on leader – this is a field-based role where you will actively sell and demonstrate the sales strategy to coach and support team members, both new and existingAbility to tailor coaching and communications styles to maximise team members’ engagement and learningSupport and lead the channel in the Client Service Manager’s absenceContinuous identification and sharing of market intelligence to ensure all opportunities are identified and grasped within the teamEnsure the team are conducting compliant activity at all times in accordance with internal, external and client guidelines and expectationsRobust communication routines with team members on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure effective planning, pipeline management, opportunity identification management and conversionFunctional Responsibilities:Provide ongoing industry insight from the field and team members and channel accordinglyMaintain knowledge on all Elavon services and activities and ensure the team is kept informed and understand how to include in presentations to deliver benefits to prospectsRepresent CPM and Elavon in a consistently professional mannerSupport recruiting, onboarding and training of new staff as requiredUndertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line managerWhat We’re Looking For: Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets Strong ability to engage decision-makers & build rapport quickly Commercial awareness and ability to deliver compelling sales conversations Eye for detail with accurate data capture & reporting Full UK driving license (essential)Why work for us as a National Field Manager:Flexible hours –37.5 hours Monday to Friday28 days holiday including bank holidaysCompany vehicle & mileageCompetitive basic pay Uncapped earnings CPM are an accredited Investors in People Gold award company and place great importance on the training and development of our people.
