Carpenter – Full-Time | RNT Builders
Based in Vermont – Year-Round Residential Construction

While our focus is on high-quality home building and renovations, we take on a variety of projects to keep our crews working year-round—everything from custom homes to additions, remodels, and detailed finish work.
We’re looking for skilled, reliable carpenters to join our team—people who take pride in their craft, communicate well, and want to grow with a company that respects the trade and builds things the right way.
Responsibilities:
Framing, sheathing, siding, and trim installation
Interior finish carpentry (millwork, cabinetry, flooring, doors/windows)
Reading and interpreting plans and scopes of work
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site
Working as part of a crew and taking direction from site supervisors or PMs
Occasionally assisting with layout or material planning
Requirements:
At least 1–2 years of residential carpentry experience (or strong aptitude and work ethic)
Reliable transportation and your own hand tools
Ability to show up on time, follow directions, and work efficiently
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Professionalism and respect for the job, the client, and the team
Pay & Perks:
Pay: $25–$40/hr depending on skill and experience
Year-round, full-time hours (no seasonal layoffs)
