Medical Device Manufacturer seeks entry level personnel to become an integral part of our team! This position will be responsible for providing support to the Information Technology department, and manager.

This position will require that the candidate learn about and assist with the following functions:

Assist in all network setup and configuration to ensure operation needs are met

Ensure licensing compliance

Setup and train new employees on systems

Monitor systems and remote access

Provide daily system and user support

Configure and install desktops, laptops and devices for new hires

Perform hardware replacements as necessary

Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot workstations and related hardware / software

Maintain security and privacy of information systems, communication lines, and equipment

Maintain data backup and recovery

Working knowledge of infrastructure, networking, firewalls, domains

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Must be a focused self-starter and motivated to work with minimal supervision

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
