As a member of our top-flight Canopy℠ team, you will be a go-to for products and applications that clients rely on every day. The team handles support requests, monitors network components, configures workstations and users, automates service delivery, reports on system health, resolves issues, and visits client sites.br>
This is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your knowledge and learn a variety of products, technologies, and technical resolutions via mentoring from senior staff, industry training, and hands-on experience.
Service instincts and communication skills are critical to your success. You will also need at least a year of IT work experience or a related degree, and strong knowledge of networked Windows PCs. And the ability and desire to learn quickly!
