About Split Spirits:
Split Spirits is the country’s first Climate Neutral certified distillery based in Middlebury, VT and the fastest growing spirits brand in the state. For over 10 years, we’ve built our brand by hand-crafting delicious spirits using grain that we source from local organic and regenerative farmers. We believe that the community of drinkers that enjoy our adventuresome spirits live by a similar creed and aren’t afraid to chart their own course - whether on the trail, with a new cocktail idea or doing the right thing for the planet. They share our curiosity for exploring new and delicious flavors. They appreciate our earnest approach to making spirits that are exceptional and love that we boldly go where other distilleries choose not to venture. We recently opened a Manchester tasting room in collaboration with Local Maverick to share what we craft.
