Seeking an Office Assistant to perform Customer Care and Administrative Support duties on a full time basis. This is a fantastic entry-level position in a pleasant office, with plenty of opportunity for growth.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a Customer Service setting preferred, but not required
High school diploma/GED Equivalent
Basic computer literacy
Professional demeanor
Excellent telephone skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be organized, with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities:
The Office Assistant has a support responsibility to all other departments within the organization
Handles general inquiries via telephone or in person
Distributes office correspondence including mail, memos, etc.
Receives cross training to assist with coverage for department team members when necessary
Performs light housekeeping duties such as maintaining break room and caring for office plants
Runs miscellaneous errands as necessary
Other duties as assigned
