Job Description
Our company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper and Customer Service Representative. To do well in this role you should have good customer relation skills and the ability to communicate clearly. You will be responsible for both accounts payable and receivable along with all payroll and bank account management and reconciliation tasks. As a Customer Service Rep you are assigned specific customers for whom you are responsible for understanding and meeting their individual needs.
Responsibilities
record day to day financial transactions
process payroll
process accounts payable and receivable
reconcile bank accounts and taxes
build and maintain strong relationships with customers
accurately complete shipping and receiving documents and functions
enter and maintain accurate inventory and location records
ensure receivables are collected in a timely manner
Job Qualifications
excellent verbal and written communication skills
attention to detail and accuracy of work
proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
ability to learn proprietary warehousing software
excellent knowledge of general accounting principals
bookkeeping and customer service experience
ability to identify errors and solve problems
decisive and critical thinker
