Seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform support duties for the company CEO/President on a full time basis. There will also be customer service and scheduling involved. This position will grow as you become more comfortable and show that you can take more on.
Requirements:
Strong Accounting background with an emphasis on working with Quickbooks
Prior experience in a Customer Service business
High school diploma/GED Equivalent
Professional demeanor
Excellent telephone skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be organized, with strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
Responsibilities:
Handles Ceo/President calendar scheduling
AR/AP duties
Handle general inquiries via telephone and Email
Distributes office correspondence including mail, memos, etc.
Runs miscellaneous errands as necessary
Other duties as assigned
