Administrative Specialist for Sports Physical Therapy Clinic
We are currently seeking a Part-time ( 15-25 hours/week) person to join our team.
Considerations for Full-Time for the right person.
The right person will be a team player, with a positive attitude.
MUST be dependable and organized.
MUST be capable of multi-tasking and thrive in a high-energy work environment.
Experience in healthcare setting a plus.
Interest in health and Fitness a plus.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Experience in similar setting. Familiarity insurance rules, insurance billing and HIPPA regulations.
Basic Computer competence. Proficiency in commonly used software (Office or similar, Excel, Adobe, etc).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A Proactive approach to problem solving.
Organizational skills. Able to successfully manage multiple priorities and diverse activities in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of Social Media marketing and Website SEO management is a plus.
MOST IMPORTANTLY:
Capable of providing excellent customer service.
WORK DUTIES INCLUDE:
Direct interactions with patients
Verifying patient insurance benefits. Explaining benefits to patients. Scheduling.
Communication with patients regarding all administrative aspects of their care / experience.
Assisting Physical Therapists with Patient turn-over
