Looking for part time administrator/assistant for business professional.
20 hours per week.
Need self-starter who takes initiative, someone who is proactive.
Someone who has computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, letter writing, attention to detail. Needs to be comfortable on the phone. Some professional or admin skills is a plus.
The ability to work independently with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day.
Responsibilities & Requirements
General secretarial duties: manage correspondence, file, scan, make photocopies, send faxes, etc.
Data entry and record maintenance (daily call logs, client contact lists)
Ability to juggle multiple projects with accuracy
Exceptional customer service skills over the phone, via email.
Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
Timely follow-up of priority requests
Special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel) and modern, browser-based applications
Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Strong time management skills, and able to problem solve under tight deadlines
